Fondest Dream In this life, we attempt to soar high, Like eagles’ wing flapping above the sky While gazing, the brightest star at nighttime, It glitters with our heart’s cravings, Hoping to reach our sundry of dreams At times, our foot grip on thorny path The road, liken to burning embers, The fiery furnace, surmount the strength, No way to escape… As if hanging on steep cliff; The huge and roaring waves of the sea, Shattered on the bended knees! The spirit became frail and slowly wanes If this is life meant to be… Where our spirit could find hope? How could we reach the brilliant star? How to freely soar like eagles?
